Are your office hours different than your store hours?

Yes. Our office and store hours are two separate areas. Our store, is open 24/7 for anyone to browse and purchase products. We are an E-commerce / Online store -- this means the store is open when you need. Our base office hours are M-F 8am-4pm, Sat and Sun 12pm-4pm -- eastern standard time.
How long have you been in the animation industry?

We have been creating our exclusive animated content, and animated series for just under 3 years. Our main artist is skilled with using the entire Adobe suite (just to provide an example), to design custom animation delivering fun and exciting renditions of your pets image.
What percentage of proceeds, goes to help animals and children in need?

We contribute 5% of proceeds to animals in need, and another 5% to children in need; for a total of 10%.
How do I become a member?

Welcome to our 8 Paws family!! The simplest way is to click on our Content Page, then select Plans-Pricing; and choose a membership level.
How do I get access to view your animated content?

First, you will need to sign up to become a member on our Plan-Pricing page, under the Content are of our menu. After you have purchased a membership plan (including trial membership), you will gain access to the Members ONLY area-- where our animated content can be viewed.
