Shipping Policy

At this time, we only ship to and provide customization services to our customers whom reside within the United States.  We plan to expand our reach, in the coming months. 

 

Feel free to enjoy our animations and explore our products no matter your location.

 

Shipping costs are included in our product prices, and are calculated via standard US shipping calculations; with discounts applied to multi product orders.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our return policy at 8 Paws for a Cause is pretty straight forward, and asks for basic information and assistance from our customers.

Please reach out to us directly via our Contact Us form on our Contact page.  Please explain the issue and include your order number.  

  • If you receive your product and it is damaged or not what you ordered; we can process an immediate refund.

  • If your product is never delivered, we will track the package; and once found -- process a refund. 

  • For all other circumstances, please complete the Contact Us form and we will happily work with you to reach a resolution.

 

Most importantly we want our Paws-Family (YOU) to be happy and confident with your experience at our store.
